JWS Communications was founded in September of 1989. We are located in Pomona, Ca. just outside of Los Angeles. Early on, a clear vision was set forth for the company to provide leadership in the Southern California telecommunication industry with an idealized model of excellence. This genesis concept was developed early on by Joe W. Stupor while working an entry-level position in the telecom industry.
